What we collect, and what we don't.
One form on this site collects personal data: the access request. This page says exactly what that form stores, where it goes, and how to have it deleted. Nothing else on the site collects anything.
Who we are
Rosveq Labs Private Limited, trading as Rosveq Labs, is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through rosveq.com.

What the access-request form stores
| Field | Required | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Yes | To address a reply. |
| Work email | Yes | To reply. This is the only channel we use unless you give us a phone number. |
| Company | Yes | To know which facility the request is about before we answer. |
| Phone | No | Only if you would rather be called. |
| Message | No | Whatever you choose to write. |
Submitting the form also records three things you did not type:
- Which button opened the form — the header, the footer, or one of the two in-page calls to action. It tells us which part of the page did the work.
- Your browser's user-agent string — the version line every browser sends with every request.
- A salted hash of your IP address — not the address itself. It exists only to cap how many submissions one source can make in an hour, and it cannot be reversed into an IP.
What we do not do
- No cookies. The site sets none, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
- No analytics, no tag manager, no pixels, no session recording.
- No advertising, no retargeting, no profiling, no automated decisions.
- We never sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for marketing.
- The live ticker on the home page is generated by the server from a fixed set of sample lines. It is not data from any customer's plant.
Where it is stored
In a PostgreSQL database on a server we operate, hosted by Google Cloud Platform in the asia-south1 (Mumbai) region. Personal data submitted through this site stays in India.
A copy of each request is also emailed to our own team so someone sees it. That email leaves our server through our mail provider and lands in our mailbox — no other recipient.
Who else sees it
- Google Cloud Platform — as our hosting provider. They hold the disk the database sits on; they are not given the data for any purpose of their own.
- Our email provider — carries the notification message to our mailbox.
That is the whole list. Your browser contacts no third party at all while you read this site: the typefaces, the scripts and the images all come from rosveq.com.
How long we keep it
Access requests are kept for 24 months from the date of submission, then deleted. If a request turns into a customer relationship, the data moves into that relationship's records and this page stops governing it — the agreement we sign with you does.
Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, at any point, without asking why.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, complete it, or erase it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent means we delete the request and stop replying to it.
Write to contact@rosveq.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, our grievance officer is Archana, reachable at the same address, and you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects data we already hold, we will email everyone it applies to rather than quietly editing the page. The date below is the last change of any kind.
